Hi, news letter readers, I would like to thank the Almighty for the sincerer gratitude that he has given as an understanding, sympathy, caring, loving and a parent director Owek. Kiwalabye Male David who is always there for us. His colleagues in profession having the same characteristics of being good parents to the young generations headed by the Principal Mr. Wejuli Robert our father, Deputy Principal Mr. Kabuye Emmanuel in charge of discipline and indeed its wow in my school and the academics principal Ms. Nanyonjo Lillian who fights very hard so that we balance academics alongside other activities plus the other stake holders in their respective capacities in Gombe High School.

In our minds, we have a lot to say but we don’t know where to start from due to numerous things that we have received from Gombe High School. First of all, we got a school football team that immediately was formed received a full jersey from the director and after, the school administration got for our first match which we didn’t perform poor. The director has also constructed for us an incredible sports Arena which includes and this gained us confidence to high sports and games in this great institution.

For the keeping our fitness, every weekend in the morning the sports prefect and some of the staff teachers mobilizes students to go for roadwork around our (5-8km),this activity includes also the teaching staff and non teaching staff to ensure good health in the Gombe community. Surprisingly also the parent Director joins the entire community to also show the example to the young people that he can also run. So parents and guardians help us to thank the director and the staff which always plays a big role in keeping your children’s health and remind them to do some small physicals during this long holiday.
